The Marmorosch Bucharest (2 Doamnei Street), the former Marmorosch Blank Bank, is a historical monument building with unique stylistic value and a 110-year history. It has been meticulously restored by architects CUMULUS and 57 other specialists, and returned to the city in a vibrant architectural endeavor. Stepping inside is enough to transport you into the interwar period with one foot and keep the other in the present.

The entire process of conversion, restoration, and change of the building's function took over 3 years and was accomplished with the support of extensive investment and interventions: every centimeter has been restored or reconditioned, all with careful responsibility towards the traditional architectural heritage of the first half of the 20th century. Technology played a decisive and overwhelming role.
