A net office area of 46,000 m2 is currently under construction in the Bucureștii Noi area, just one metro station (to the north) from the Expoziției/1 Mai development area. It involves two buildings with 700 underground parking spaces, featuring a modern and vibrant approach to finishes, as well as efficiency, thanks to generously sized floors of over 3,000 m2.
